摘要

变电站辅助控制系统(SACS)的联动控制通过智能电子设备(ied)的自恢复来提高无人智能变电站的安全性。但是IEC61850标准并没有定义联动控制的协议。本文提出了一种基于优先级的链接控制框架,解决了不同ied之间的互操作性问题。然后,扩展了远程集成应用服务器(RIAS)的结构,在SACS中实现了所提出的联动控制方案。最后,对四种带有联动控制的SACS场景进行了测试。结果表明,与基于时间的联动控制相比,基于优先级的联动控制在SACS的安全性和可靠性方面具有更好的性能。
