Research on Risk Early Waring Classification Method of New Energy Access to Power System
As large-scale new energy sources are connected to the power grid, the uncertainty of power grid operation has been exacerbated. In addition, in recent years, the frequent occurrence of weather on the machine side and the occurrence of power grid accidents caused by meteorological elements have warned us that we should strengthen the research on power grid security issues. This paper establishes a risk warning model that is suitable for considering the access of new energy to the power system. Through the risk assessment of the future system state, a system operation risk index based on the utility function theory is proposed. Loss of Load Probability and Expected Energy not Supplied are taken as the adequacy risk indicators of the system. Based on the above indicators, a risk warning classification model is established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and finally the comprehensive risk level of the system is obtained. And combined with IEEE-RTS79 test system. The feasibility of the early warning model is verified.
