Visible Wavelength Beam Steering in Silicon Nitride Nanophotonic Phased Arrays with a Supercontinuum Laser
In this work, beam steering angle of 65is achieved on a 32-channel antennas phased array. We demonstrate a wide range of beam steering in visible band with a supercontinuum laser for the first time.
