摘要

改进的四重锥槽系统是测试多变量控制系统的各种线性和非线性控制算法的基准实验室装置。这种新颖的四缸锥形罐系统布置方式为多变量输入输出提供了多工艺配置。介绍了四锥罐的硬件结构,利用LabVIEW软件进行计算机接口,系统数学建模和动态特性研究。此外,利用LabVIEW的线性化模型,对四重锥罐系统不同工作点的不同输入输出配置进行了基于开环响应的参数分析。通过仿真环境和实时硬件系统的开环响应对比研究,验证了QCTS的相互作用、耦合、时变和动态行为变化的影响。
