摘要:后纵隔最常见的肿瘤是神经源性肿瘤。神经鞘瘤在这些肿瘤中很常见，通常起源于周围神经鞘。后纵隔肿块多为良性，预后良好。本文结合文献对我院收治的2例胸内、椎旁神经鞘瘤进行手术治疗。

POSTERIOR MEDIASTINAL SCHWANNOMA: WITH TWO CASE REPORTS

ABSTRACT: The most common tumors in the posterior mediastinum are neurogenic tumors. Schwannomas are common among these tumors, which usually originate from the peripheral nerve sheath. Posterior mediastinal masses are mostly benign and have a good prognosis. Two cases who were operated for intrathoracic and paravertebral schwannoma in our clinic were evaluated in the light of the literature.
