摘要

本文提出了基于虚拟参考迭代整定(FRIT)方法的PI增益控制器参数整定方法,用于基于FPGA的高频SiC MOSFET逆变器的PMSM速度控制。利用FRIT可以在不需要对象数学模型的情况下,根据单次实验数据对PI控制器参数进行整定。利用粒子群算法(PSO)对FRIT进行优化。提出了一种基于SiC MOSFET的逆变器,利用开关PWM技术实现高达100khz的高频工作。从而实现了永磁同步电机的高响应性和良好的稳定性,使速度响应遵循步进响应和扰动响应的理想响应。采用基于FPGA的数字硬件控制,实现了SiC MOSFET逆变器开关频率的最大化。最后,搭建了实验系统,并对实验结果进行了验证。
