摘要

本研究旨在找出影响高等教育讲师实施“三法”绩效提升的因素。抽样方法采用目的性抽样技术和多元线性回归检验的分析技术。这项研究是在三宝垄的一所私立大学进行的,共有63名受访者。结果表明,讲师绩效的提升受专业能力和专业承诺的影响,而领导激励、培训、教育者认证和组织文化对讲师实施高等教育三法的绩效提升没有影响。
