Under job crafting, staffs incline to redefine and reshape the job content, working mode and cooperation relationship with teammates. Besides, job crafting can optimize organizational design and working relationship, which improves the staff’s working identification and adversity coping ability. Based on the previous research results, this article attempts to summarize the definition, measurement, antecedents and consequences of job crafting. 摘要

工作塑造是组织行为学研究和人力资源管理领域的热点问题。岗位塑造是一种自下而上的行为,不同于传统的自下而上的岗位设计,体现了员工的主动性。在工作塑造中,员工倾向于重新定义和重塑工作内容、工作模式以及与队友的合作关系。此外,工作塑造可以优化组织设计和工作关系,提高员工的工作认同和逆境应对能力。本文试图在前人研究成果的基础上,对工作制作的定义、测量、前因和后果进行总结。同时,本文还提出了今后工作制作的研究方向。

A Literature Review of Job Crafting and Its Related Researches
