摘要

随着海洋油气的不断开发,对损坏套管的更换和废弃套管的回收需求越来越大。基于这一需求,提出了一种磨料射流套管切割深度监测方法。根据磨料射流切割原理,由振动传感器采集磨料冲击机壳产生的振动信号,并通过NI-USB 6361进行振动信号的数据采集和输出。利用Labview建立了系统的上位机操作显示界面,并增加了切削状态可视化界面。实验结果表明,该系统能够准确判断当前切削状态并在主界面实时显示,实现了对磨料射流套管切削状态的实时监控,提高了海上废弃油井套管回收效率。
