摘要

本文设计了一种多通道的压力传感器标定系统。它由数字万用表(DMM)、高性能压力发生器、数字压力校准器和计算机组成。几乎可以同时校准10个压力传感器。本系统的上层软件采用LabVIEW2014编程,实现了数据采集、信息处理、误差计算和报表生成四大功能。利用该系统对传感器进行了标定,验证了该系统的精度。实验结果表明,所设计的校准系统的压力测量范围为0 ~ 60MPa,压力精度等级优于0.05%F·S,压力波动率优于0.01%F·S。结果表明,该多通道校准系统能够满足压力传感器校准的精度要求。
