摘要

转向节作为汽车重要的安全部件,在轻量化设计过程中,如果不考虑结构、工艺等因素,必然会造成转向节强度和刚度等性能的降低,形成重大的安全隐患。本文基于一辆四轮驱动越野车,对转向节进行焊接后的强度分析和模态分析,利用多体动力学对转向节上的硬点载荷进行分解,并利用试验现场进行试验分析验证,从而获得性能良好的转向节。
