All the changes associated with the transition to the phase of recovery growth with the subsequent digitalization of the economy determine the entrepreneurial mood and intentions in building an internal personnel policy affecting the training and retraining of the most required professionals. Traditional and remote forms of employment are being transformed into innovative remote forms of employment and workers' skills are becoming digital.
