The environment continues having an extraordinary importance in the training and learning of Primary School’s students, even though in recent times the interest in his study has falle Through the realization of this work, it is intended to return environment to the pedagogical place that had long time ago. The project presented here tries to show that regardless the size and characteristics of the place in which it develops, the environment provides knowledge and learning of a different nature but equally significant. That is why the project is centered on the town of Venta de Baños, a town of just 7.000 citizens located on the south of Palencia’s province, which offers a wide range of resources related to the characteristics and the particular history of the place. This allows students of primary school to know and identify their environment while they acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies expected for the stage.
