This regulation elicited various responses from the public and the media. This study aims to examine how the online media Kompas.com and detik.com framing the news regarding the issuance of this latest regulation. This study is qualitative study with framing analysis by Robert N. Entman method. The results show that the online media Kompas.com and detik.com have a positive tendency in responding to the emergence of regulations regarding restrictions on entry permits and residence permits for foreigners. 摘要
印度尼西亚共和国政府发布了关于限制在过去14天内访问过11个接触过Omicron Covid-19变体的国家的外国国民进入印度尼西亚领土的入境许可和居留许可的最新规定，目的是防止新变体Covid-19 B.1.1.529或称为Omicron的进入。这一规定引起了公众和媒体的各种反应。本研究旨在探讨网络媒体Kompas.com和detik.com如何构建有关最新规定发布的新闻。本研究为质性研究，采用Robert N. Entman方法进行框架分析。结果显示，网络媒体Kompas.com和detik.com对外国人入境许可和居留许可限制规定的出现有积极的反应趋势。这一点可以从下述叙述中看出:颁布该条例是为了防止新冠病毒变种进入印度尼西亚领土。
