Strengthening human resource management is an important measure to improve the efficiency of personnel use and reduce personnel costs. Because the traditional intelligent planning algorithm dynamic planning is not perfect and the calculation time is too long, this paper mainly discusses the intelligent enterprise human resource planning algorithm based on big data. This research realizes the dynamic planning of enterprise human resources by creating a dynamic planning model based on big data, developing the initial priority table of intelligent planning algorithm, and representing the intelligent planning algorithm based on the priority table. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional algorithm, the algorithm proposed in this study has a greater computational speed advantage, and the average running time is reduced by 6.96 seconds.
