Focusing on one kind of walker constellation using Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) link as ISL, this paper proposes analyses on the geometric topology relation of Continuous Visible ISL (CVISL), based on which establishes K-cycle topology planning model, provides some optimal planning strategies for CVISL, and realizes multi-hops broadcast communication and effective operation of TDMA link.
