摘要

本文提出了一种集成DC110V充电器和前置LLC变换器的三电平Boost集成LLC多模块ISOP辅助电源拓扑结构。首先,通过合理的LLC参数设计,将驱动两个LLC谐振器的IGBT开关电路作为直流变压器(DCX)实现。由于取消了充电器的开关电路,充电器不需要两级转换,大大提高了产品效率。其次,采用基于Boost+LLC的ISOP辅助电源方案,实现自然输入电压共享(IVS)和自然输出电流共享(OCS),无需复杂的电压和电流共享控制算法。最后搭建了一个180kVA的辅助电源平台,验证了所提出的集成电路拓扑结构和控制算法的可行性。
