The instructional technology training of college teachers has been concerning its effectiveness and the influence in many countries. This paper explores the current situation of the instructional technology applied by Chinese college teachers. It specifies the demands of instructional technology teachers and also investigated the differences in the methods that teachers in different ages and disciplines applied to instructional technology. Research on Status, Problems, and Countermeasures of Instructional Technology Application in Chinese College Teachers
