Nevertheless, with the appearance of new retail platform providers in recent years, push notification services and sharing pages on social media do not attract users anymore. Most service providers do not have simple user interface, which often leads to operation failure. Meanwhile, the complexity of information class and static user interface result in unsatisfying experiences. Platform designing without consideration for users has become the urgent issue to be coped with.\n This study is conducted with action research method to figure out the optimum design basis of interactive service for new m-commerce platforms. With the focused interview and Interviewing the consumer experience process and the operation interface process through observation. 摘要

近年来,4G LTE的成熟和繁荣使零售商业模式不断发展。零售商利用线上到线下的商务平台技术进行即时互动平台和定向营销,这与顾客的购物体验密切相关。零售商提供的互动平台改变了顾客的购物方式和传统零售的模式。即时交互平台是移动商务发展的关键。它不仅促进了移动商务的发展,而且将移动商务的服务提升到一个新的水平,让更多的人体验到新的服务模式。然而,随着近年来新零售平台提供商的出现,社交媒体上的推送通知服务和分享页面已经不再吸引用户。大多数服务提供商没有简单的用户界面,这往往导致操作失败。同时,信息类的复杂性和静态用户界面导致用户体验不理想。不考虑用户的平台设计已经成为亟待解决的问题。本研究采用行动研究方法,为新型移动商务平台寻找交互服务的优化设计依据。采用聚焦访谈法,通过观察对消费者体验过程和操作界面过程进行访谈。采用专家会议法反复修改交互界面设计,验证移动商务平台交互服务下商业模式的可行性。
