The results show that there is an influence of compensations on employee engagement, but the work-life balance has not to influence on employee engagement. Employee motivation has the effect of mediating of compensations but not for work-life balance. 摘要

本研究的重点是分析薪酬和工作生活平衡对员工敬业度的影响,并以员工动机为中介变量。本研究的受访者是印度尼西亚的Y一代千禧一代。研究类型是定量的,采用调查方法。调查对象是285名来自印度尼西亚爪哇的千禧一代。采用结构方程模型-力矩结构分析(SEM AMOS)对数据进行分析。结果表明,薪酬对员工敬业度有影响,但工作与生活的平衡对员工敬业度没有影响。员工激励对薪酬有中介作用,但对工作与生活平衡没有中介作用。本次研究的新事物是本次研究的受访者,来自印度尼西亚爪哇岛的千禧一代。
