摘要

本文将GIS技术及相应的评价模型应用于淮河流域气象服务效益评价,为气象服务提供辅助。系统以淮河流域气象灾害及其相应的模型为重点对象,直观地展示河流、设施、人文等状况,具有生动的视觉灾害评估界面,并在系统中实现了空间分析、专题图设计、仿真分析等功能。以此为基础,对提高气象服务效益评价的水平和效率进行了尝试。
