摘要

阿尔茨海默氏症患者以及下肢瘫痪患者经常会出现不同程度的尿失禁。本工作研制了一种基于超声的膀胱尿量检测装置,该装置可在体外测量膀胱尿量。设计并研制了超声波发射电路和超声波接收电路。分析了膀胱膨胀的特点,设计了针孔相机模型检测尿量,并提出了膀胱高度模型计算膀胱尿量。通过超声波发射电路和接收电路的功能测试,验证了硬件电路的有效性。最后进行生物组织实验和模拟膀胱实验,验证该装置测量膀胱尿量的可行性和有效性。
