Model of Relative Advantage on Mobile Payment: The Support of Responsiveness and Smartness
The sustainable of mobile payment hinge on user's interest. Regard to problem phenomenon, this research is determining the intention in mobile payment e-wallet which is characterized by continuous usage. The variables studied include responsiveness, smartness, and relative advantage. The research method used in reviewing mobile payments is a survey, with quantitative data types. Respondents in this study were determined to be 290 mobile payment users, while the research survey was conducted in the city of Bandung (Indonesia). The data was processed using SmartPLS with model testing and research hypothesis testing. The results showed that responsiveness and smartness assessed by users have a role in increasing the relative advantage for the user. In another finding, it is also known that the continuous usage of mobile payment can be controlled by an increase in the relative advantage judged by the user. It is also known directly that continuous usage cannot be directly affected by responsiveness and smartness. There are research findings that are novel, namely the pinning-up model of responsiveness and smartness in continuous usage of mobile payment. The findings in the study can be used as input for industries that focus on mobile payments.
