Data mining is used to extract features from pictures, intelligently identify natural environment, animals and plants, and perform intelligent frame extraction. Then, the machine learning algorithm is used to generate high frame rate nature documentaries and humanistic documentaries, and then cultural edification and intelligent identification are carried out in the intelligent communication channel of campus culture.
