摘要

将STEP-NC数据模型(ISO 14649)引入到数控加工与机内检测(OMI)的集成中,以提高加工零件的质量。本文提出了一种基于OMI的STEP-NC控制器框架。针对STEP-NC控制器中加工和OMI仿真过程在验证加工和检测过程中的重要作用,提出了利用Java和Java 3D设计其解释器、加工仿真和检测仿真模块的实现方法。最后以某零件为例,对加工与探测过程的集成进行了分析,验证了所生成的加工路径和探测路径的可行性。
