摘要

直线伺服系统具有速度快、伺服进给精确、稳定性好、动态性能快等优点,是数控机床最有前途的高性能进给系统。根据数控机床直线进给系统的指标要求,详细设计了基于DSP(数字信号处理器)的相应控制系统。该系统采用DSP-TMS320F2812作为控制核心,智能电源模块(IPM)作为电源驱动电路。本文主要介绍了直线伺服控制系统的硬件结构和软件程序,并介绍了调试工作和实验过程。实验结果表明,所提出的直线伺服控制系统是可行的、合理的,可以应用于数控机床。
