摘要

针对人工变压器内部故障检测过程中工作量大、带来杂质的问题,设计了一种基于WiFi控制的油浸式电力变压器内部故障检测机器人。给出了变压器故障检测机器人的总体结构,并利用WiFi通信模块搭建了机器人的控制系统。采用电磁传输的方法,分析了WiFi电磁信号通过变压器油的传输机理,并进行了通信测试。本文还对机器人在液体中的运动状态进行了测试。结果表明,所设计的机器人能够在变压器内部灵活移动,并与遥控器进行通信。
