Due to the limited resources like small battery power and low processing unit the WSNs can compromise easily which can results faulty sensor nodes. The faults can be happened due to software failure, hardware failure and communication failure. In this paper, we have proposed a software failure fault detection scheme in IoT enabled WSNs. We have considered many faults like offset fault, gain fault, stuckat fault and data loss fault in a considered IoT enabled WSNs. The proposed fault detection scheme is based on a random forest approach. Furthermore, we conducted a simulation to analyse the accuracy of our proposed scheme.
