摘要

根据水轮机调速器系统液压子系统的特点,首次建立了水轮机调速器系统的水库-隧洞-调速器-风压发电机组控制模型。考虑水力和电力负荷扰动的特点,设计了H双回路水轮机调速系统鲁棒控制器。系统参数和电力负荷扰动仿真结果表明,该控制器能有效抑制系统参数和电力负荷扰动的影响,保持输出转速稳定,具有良好的鲁棒性,与传统PID控制器相比,具有更优异的调速能力和抗负荷扰动性能。
