In this paper, the reliability design of spaceborne power supply for SAR platform is analyzed from the aspects of component reliability, design reliability and process reliability. 摘要

安全的空间电源是保证航天任务顺利完成的前提。目前,国内SAR平台负载分配器电源已呈现出小型化、定制化、创新化的发展趋势。采用新的设计理念和新的可靠性保证流程来保证其可靠性是负载顺利完成任务的重要环节。本文从组件可靠性、设计可靠性和过程可靠性三个方面对SAR平台星载电源的可靠性设计进行了分析。经过多次试验,最终结果表明,可靠性设计仍然是有效的。
