Four models, which can explain education, digital materials and Internet techniques, are established and tested. Using LISREL8.80 program, it explained 75% of variance for Internet & Education, 92% of variance for Internet & Digital Library, and 16% of variance for Internet & Learning Activities. It also explained79% of variance for Education & Learning Activities, and92% of variance for Satisfaction & Education, with good models fit. For practitioners, this study offers a quantitative method for development of quality education projects.
