Multi-factors and information of quantization and non-quantization are considered in this model. The human influence is reduced by making fuzzy evaluation weights through interval number and AHP, which is useful in practice. Finally, a demonstration of post-evaluation of RENR is given. 摘要

对农村电网改革进行全面、客观的后评价,将为融资不足的农村电网改革提供科学的决策建议。本文在分析前人后评价方法的基础上,提出了一种将模糊理论、区间数和层次分析法相结合的后评价模型。该模型考虑了量化和非量化的多因素和信息。通过区间数和层次分析法确定模糊评价权值,减少了人为影响,具有较好的应用价值。最后,给出了RENR后评价的一个实例。结果表明,该模型是可行的,比其他模型更客观。
