The paper applies the integrated Technology Acceptance Model and Technology-Organization-Environment framework. Through an online survey, a sample of 344 farmers who produced fruits and vegetables across Vietnam was drawn to confirm the hypotheses of this study. The results showed that three factors, namely \"Perceived usefulness\" (PU), \"Perceived Ease of use\" (PEOU) and the environmental context, directly and positively affect \"Intention to Adopt\" (INT). Besides, both the technological context and the organizational context is positively associated with PU and PEOU. 摘要

电子商务平台在农产品零售中的应用已经越来越多的被采用,它可以带来市场的拓展和连接、品牌的建立、价格的提高以及农民积极改进耕作方式、产品质量和包装的动力。然而,这种零售方式在越南仍然远远落后-尽管需要数字化来解决持续存在的问题,即传统分销渠道中供需不平衡和随之而来的价格损失。因此,本研究旨在调查影响越南农民采用电子商务平台进行生鲜零售意愿的因素。本文采用了集成的技术接受模型和技术-组织-环境框架。通过一项在线调查,抽取了344名越南各地生产水果和蔬菜的农民的样本,以证实这项研究的假设。结果表明,“感知有用性”(PU)、“感知易用性”(PEOU)和环境背景三个因素对“采用意向”(INT)有直接正向影响。此外,技术情境和组织情境都与PU和PEOU呈正相关。研究结果对电子商务平台的发展和促进越南农民利用电子商务平台零售农产品的政策有价值。
