摘要

工程图纸标题面板信息是产品数据管理(PDM)的重要数据源。首先,分析了工程图纸中标题面板和物料清单信息的数据结构,提出了基于描述信息单元的收集库;然后对集合区内的文本对象和行对象进行处理,通过信息单元识别和格式识别得到文本对象的信息及其位置。同时,将所提取信息的相关数据写入数据库。最后,完成了基于物料清单(BOM)、标准清单(BOS)和采购清单(BOP)(即TST)的TST编制与自动生成系统的开发与实现。在实际工程中使用基于该方法的软件包,保证了工程制图与TST编制信息的一致性,提高了设计效率,有利于CAPP的实施。
