采用曼西尼放射免疫扩散法测定10例肺纤维化患者d -青霉胺(1.0 G /d)治疗3 d前后血清免疫球蛋白G、A、M的水平。免疫球蛋白IgG和IgM下降，IgA水平不降低。继续每天2次1.00 g d -青霉胺治疗3天，并没有进一步降低IgM和IgG的水平。
