研制了几种家兔抗8型镰刀菌免疫血清。在10次静脉注射的基础上,不断增加抗原的剂量。利用这些方法,利用多维双扩散法可以区分多种抗原表位。这些表位的数量和特异性可以让我们深入了解镰刀菌在测试中的反应行为,以及它们的血清学关系。最后,对血清学结果进行了讨论,并与现有镰刀菌分类系统中的种类分类进行了比较。
