摘要

我们提出一例手术治疗的气管食管瘘(TEF)后延长插管。经气管横切及远端残端牵回后,直接关闭食管缺损,用合成生物可吸收贴片修复膜性气管缺损,然后在缝合线之间置入肌瓣进行气管重建。大TEFs,无气管狭窄或环气道缺损,伴有明显的气管周围炎症,对于认为不适合气管切除和吻合的患者,可采用这种替代气管成形术治疗。
