摘要

我们报告一例实心假乳头状上皮肿瘤的胰腺在一个19岁的女性谁提出腹痛。腹部计算机断层扫描显示胰腺尾部有一密度不均的肿块。肿块中心呈液体密度，周围呈软组织密度。造影后评价显示周围实性成分增强。根据在我所进行的影像学检查，诊断为胰腺实性假乳头状上皮瘤，并经组织病理学证实。

A classic case of Solitary Pseudopapillary Epithelial Neoplasm of Pancreas - Case report with Review of Literature.

We report a case of a solid pseudopapillary epithelial neoplasm of the pancreas in a 19-year-old female who presented with abdominal pain.
