Patients had higher right hippocampal global efficiency, shorter right hippocampal path length, and higher right hippocampal clustering coefficient compared to controls (<i>P</i> < 0.05). Higher right hippocampal global efficiency, shorter right hippocampal path length, and higher right hippocampal clustering coefficients were positively associated with greater headache frequency (<i>P</i> < 0.05).
