Anterior chamber depth and anterior segment volume measurements increased with larger pupil diameter (p<0.05).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The lens densitometry values increased with an increase in pupil diameter. The corneal density measurements increased minimally but the differences were not statistically significant.
