The predilecting site was the posterior part of mandible, accounting for 75% of the cases. The lesions often exhibited early numbness of the lower lip and lymphadenopathy. The main radiographic manifestation of mandibular lesions was ill-defined radiolucency, mixed with fibrous or brush-like tumor matrix, and soft tissue mass. The maxillary ES lesions mainly presented as lytic bone destruction accompanied by adjacent soft tissue mass. 摘要

目的:探讨颌骨尤文氏肉瘤(Ewing sarcoma, ES)的临床及影像学特征。方法:选取2010年1月至2022年6月8例经病理诊断的颌骨ES。回顾性分析临床及影像学表现。结果:8例患者平均发病年龄为29.4岁，男女比例为7∶1。好发部位为下颌骨后段，占75%。病变常表现为早期下唇麻木和淋巴结病变。下颌骨病变的主要影像学表现为放射透光度不清，混杂纤维状或刷状肿瘤基质和软组织肿块。上颌ES病变主要表现为溶解性骨破坏并伴有邻近软组织肿块。骨膜骨化少见。结论:颌骨ES的临床和影像学特征有助于诊断。
