The proposed structure includes 21 items under five factors: Management Support, Current Status Tracking, Corporate Culture, Resource Reservation and Service Management. Abstract
Recently, technological transformation has led to critical innovations in the health sector. Hospitals can provide much better services via digital transformation. However, the desired result cannot be achieved due to the lack of organizational preparation for digital transformation.
