Abstract

Objective: To investigate the association between the occurrence of common mental disorders with loss of productivity and presenteeism in nursing workers at a public health service.

Method: This is a cross-sectional study, with 291 workers from Midwestern Brazil. Data collection carried out from October 2019 to January 2020, with instruments for sociodemographic characterization, labor and health conditions: Self Reporting Questionnaire-20, Standford Presenteeism Scale and Work Limitations Questionnaire.
