Ultrasound confirmed vital pregnancy of conjoined twins - thoracopagus. After prenatal diagnostic consultation the patient decided for termination of pregnancy. Molecular analysis confirmed a female fetus without any chromosomal anomalies.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The occurrancce of conjoined twins is very rare. Early prenatal ultrasound diagnosis plays an important role.
