Abstract

Although set sat back implants allow the most complex maxillomandibular and maxillofacial rehabilitations, it is also possible to use them within partial dental rehabilitations. However, such applications particularly highlight the difficulty in applying an orthopedic concept of cicatrization without shearing within a natural imperfect occlusion.
