Une aspiration nasale efficace pour soulever les membranes sinusiennes

Abstract

The sinus membrane separation is a delicate step of many maxillary implant and preimplant surgeries. In order to facilitate this surgical procedure, the nasal aspiration is an easy, effective and without risk technique. On a patient under general anaesthesia, it creates an intranasal and intrasinusal depression using a cannula connected to a surgical aspiration. This depression facilitates the separation of the sinus membrane and maintains it in high position, far from the dangers of the operative field. Thus, despite its limits, this technique can be a great help during most meticulous sinus surgeries.
