Disc diffusion method was used to measure the antibacterial activity and the cytotoxicity was measured by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium(MTS). The result showed that seed extracts had a higher level of phenolics, while leaves extract possessed higher flavonoid content. Seed extracts showed the highest antioxidant activity, strong antibacterial activity, and no cytotoxic activity. Therefore looking at the test result, a clear inference can be drawn that Pandanustectorius seeds have excellent characteristics to act as an antibacterial and antioxidant agent. Abstract
