Abstract

The present study measures the impact of organizational ambidexterity on organization virtuousness in the context of the car manufacturing industries in India. 363 employers' representatives were selected from automotive manufacturing car units across India to gain an understanding of their perspectives on handling organizational ambidexterity and virtuousness for new diploma/degree/postgraduate employees.
