Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the organizational learning and job performance relationships using the machinery manufacturing employees in Taichung Industrial Park (T.I.P) as the research targets. Through reviewing of the literature in self-efficacy, organizational learning and job performance, I establish a causal relationship among three constructs. 本研究以台中工业园区机械制造业员工为研究对象,探讨自我效能感在组织学习与工作绩效关系中的中介作用。通过对自我效能感、组织学习和工作绩效的文献回顾,我建立了三个构念之间的因果关系。本研究采用分层随机抽样的方法对209家机械设备制造企业80家企业的320名员工进行问卷调查,其中257份问卷的回收设计作为研究工具基础,采用层次回归分析的方法来证实自我效能感通过组织学习的中介作用,能够影响组织绩效。并在此基础上讨论了管理意义,提出了未来研究的方向。
