Spin independence of total cross sections

Abstract

In the Regge pole model with the Pomeranchuk trajectory dominance, total cross sections of particles with any spin are proved to be spin independent at high energies. The factorizability of total cross sections,${}^{\mathrm{\sigma }}\text{ab}{}^{\mathrm{(s)}}{}^{\mathrm{\sigma }}\text{cd}{}^{\mathrm{(s)}}\text{−}{}^{\mathrm{\sigma }}\text{ac}{}^{\mathrm{(s)}}{}^{\mathrm{\sigma }}\text{bd}{}^{\mathrm{(s)}}\text{→}\text{s →∞}\text{0}$, is also proved.
